A single Pan Smothered Rooster Breasts Recipe

Chicken breasts are mouth watering no matter how they are cooked, but putting cheese on a rooster breast is the winning flavor in my eyes. When I uncovered this remarkable recipe by Простой рецепт on Youtube, I understood I had to make it proper away. This recipe also stretches your ingredients to feed a lot more people since the rooster breasts are sliced genuinely thinly and flattened out. The tops of the rooster breasts are included in a tasty salad mixture and then baked with an extra layer of cheese.


Hen & Seasoning:

  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced thinly lengthwise and pounded with a meat hammer to flatten out)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to style)
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried herbs

Hen Topping:

  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup greens (spinach or kale would be very good, no matter what you have will do the job)
  • 3 challenging-boiled eggs (grated)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 to 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt (to flavor)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of Mayonaise (or sour cream will also do the job)


Initially, you will slice your chicken breasts lengthwise into slim flat sections, then pound them with a meat stick to flatten them out extra, then time perfectly. Then, you will make your chicken topping by including your chopped greens, sliced onion, chopped tomato, grated difficult-boiled eggs, grated cheese, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mixing perfectly.

Then, you will spot your seasoned rooster breasts on a greased baking sheet and increase the topping and some further grated cheese, then bake at 350 levels for 20 to 30 minutes and serve.
